1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping with OAC Collectibles. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for purchases made through our platform. By making a purchase with us, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Non-refundable product
- We do not offer refunds for all TCG card products. Due to the nature of trading card games, we do not offer refunds once the seal on the product packaging has been broken. Opening the seal indicates acceptance of the product and voids any eligibility for a refund.
- Some of you might wondering how about returning sealed TCG pack? We will still not offer refund because due to the possibility the pack has been swap with the other pack.
3. Refundable Product
Refunds are only available for specific product (TCG Frame only) with a specific circumstances as outlined in this policy as below:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product to initiate the refund process. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect and also please provide us unboxing video as a proof.
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product to initiate the refund process. We may require you to return the incorrect product before processing the refund. Cost of returning the item should be bear by customer.
